Retty iim Rachmani offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Quotiva subscriptions. If the product is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund that payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout. Reply to any Quotiva email and we will get back to you.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to purchases made through their checkout.
